Belt unloader

The bulk container is placed into the take-up frame of a tilting device. Upon acknowledgement, an angled magnetic conveyor belt moves into the box. Via the magnetic guide pulley on the conveyor head the workpieces are attracted and pulled off vertically upwards by the circulating belt by means of integrated permanently magnetic adhesion strips. With progressive emptying of the box the tilting device assists the clustering of the bulk material and makes possible in combination with the automatically self-adapting conveyor orientation a discontinuous system performance which is as homogeneous as possible throughout the entire process. Downstream of the return station to the horizontal conveyor segment the workpieces lie chaotically distributed on the belt and are fed to the next process. With the integrated demagnetising solenoid undesired magnetising effects can be neutralised in many cases already before passing the workpieces to the subsequent processing line.
